The inspiration for that upcoming collection was around the idea of taking it slow, with activities you would do on a Sunday: maybe baking, maybe learn some woodworking stuff, reading, pickling...
Obviously, Catherine knew I was trying to be a fermentation nerd, so she thought I would be a good fit for that.
